最近耳にするAIの事例のほとんどは、ディープ・ラーニングと自然言語処理に大きく依存しています。これらのテクノロジーを応用すると、大量のデータからパターンを認識させることで、ビジネスや生活における様々な難しいタスクをこなせるようにコンピューターをトレーニングすることができます。

コンピューター上に作成した3次元の建物のデジタルモデルに、コストや仕上げ、管理情報などの属性データを追加した建築物のデータベースを、建築の設計、施工から維持管理までのあらゆる工程で情報活用を行うためのソリューションであり、また、それにより変化する建築の新しいワークフローです。

※デジタルデザインやBIMをはじめとした意匠設計の最先端技術の中で最も建築設計の職能にかかわってくるのがAIである。現在では建築学生や設計者をＩＯＴで結び設計データを収集し統計分析を行うことで完璧なプロフェッサーアーキテクト育成するAI天才建築設計者という完璧な建築設計者を目指したものも存在する。今後ＡＩと建築家が共生していく中で私たちの倫理観がすべてを変える時代となっていることは確かである。

AのZaha Hadidの作品はやはり、強烈でユニークなデザインが特徴的である。3次元CADを用いコンピューテーショナルデザインやパラメトリックモデリングの手法を駆使し、従来にない曲線的なデザインを実現している。チャレンジするに値する造形で、オリンピックに必要なインパクトがあると評価されている。この作品の独自性はやはりユニークな造形と空間に焦点が当てられている。

Bの私の人生（家）の作品では自分の家族の不仲を題材にするという、今まで出たことのない作品である。これまでの家族史を振り返りながら、作者なりに考えた建築的部位が増改築の提案として現れている。恣意的に部分的に設計する提案群の中でも、個々に表れた自分の心理状態を診断し、何処にも帰着することのない独り言のような提案は今までに無いように見えた。家族と対話しながら関係を寄り戻し設計者自身のセラピーとしている設計手法がこの人のパーソナリティを感じさせている。

Cの夜の万代と刹那お出会いでは限られた人生において、建築設計の追求をする中で友人や仲間を大切にできなかった償いを道具的建築としながら研究の永遠の価値と戯れる儚い価値の両者共存の自分の状態を建築的に表現しながらそのようなコミュニティが実現する集落を提案した作品である。自己投影の作品の中で多角的な感性に共感させつつ客観的でこれほどメタな視点から取り組んだ器用な作品は今までにない。この作品は建築家や設計者に関する問題意識にユニークな思考と表現が現れている。
個々の作品において今までにないような独自の視点や価値観を持っていることが設計提案のより強いマニュフェストを与えている。この創造力は人間しかできないことで設計をデザインするうえでハウスメーカーや再開発を行う上でも必要不可欠である。

A新国立競技場では、チャレンジな造形を行っている分、技術的に解決あるいは調整しなければならない箇所はある。特に下部構造について提案がなく、芝生の問題、高さの問題も含めて、コストがかかることが懸念されていた。また、内部空間の性格と外形がつながらない。天井面が強烈で、競技者にとって集中して心地の良い空間ができているかが懸念されていた。最終的には実現されなかったのもリアリティという倫理性が欠けていたのではないかと考えられる。

Bこの作品は完全に主観的で恣意的な造形操作がなされているためその独自の設計手法が住宅の改修によるセラピーとして一般化できないかが議論の中で出た。構造や環境、コスト等の条件はクリアできそうだが、自分の罪悪感を解消するための設計では、家庭崩壊の危機や心理状況、その人が設計者であることなどかなり特殊な状況であり、どの人にも共感しづらく拒絶してしまう審査員もいた。

Cこの作品は、構造計算を行わないと分からない複雑な構造や住宅街にコンクリートを充填するという施工性に関する課題があげられた。しかし、これらの課題に対して、この街に介在する課題（防火・耐震・インフラの整備・二項道路の解決・面積消化・計画動線等）をコンクリートをパラサイトするというひとつの手法で明解的に解決するという工夫がなされており、提案に強度を与えていた。
この3つの作品において、いくら面白い提案であっても実現しなければ意味がなく、社会のためやクライアントや利用者などの人のために貢献するためには必要不可欠な要素でありそこには必ず倫理性が介在している。

共通の服に現れる倫理感
作家性を持つ建築家や設計者が黒色の服を常に身に着けている。スティーブ・ジョブズ「今日は何を身につけるか」という選択に頭を使いたくなかったからだと公言した。この3人の設計者も無意識的に服を選択している中で何も考えなくてもぽく見える黒色の服を選択してしまうのではないかと考えた。毎日黒色の服を着ている設計者は作家性があり倫理性を常に考えているのではないか。
善と悪又は正と誤の判断において多様なノウハウや多角的な視点が複雑にかかわっていることがわかる。また、これらのノウハウをAIに学習させることで人間の倫理性を補うAIものが開発されていることから、私たちの人間しかできない役割とAIが得意なことのすみわけを行いつつ共存することが今後重要になってくるのではないか。
