On this page, reference works are categorized for each proposed element.

Target works are National Architecture Student Award, National Graduation Design Award, JIA Master Design Exhibition, Tokyo Architecture Collection, Sendai Design League, Ara Brick Graduation Design Exhibition, National Joint Design Exhibition, Chubu Graduation Design Exhibition, Diploma Kyoto, Design Review, Hase Ko Competition, Daiwa House Competition, ERI Student Competition, Daito Kensetsu Competition, Furic Competition, Public Space Competition. In addition, we will categorize related videos, books, magazines, and buildings, aiming to be one of the largest and most advanced architectural design platforms.

Architecture ahead of space  --Attempts to build a masochistic design method-

Outline of work

A city I saw somewhere, nowhere else

The city has various characteristic grids created by roads and blocks. We thought that the mixture of different axes to create diverse relationships would create a city-like atmosphere. Therefore, we focus on the relationship between the surrounding space created by the axis of each building and the neighboring house, and reconstruct the room in the city that has been separated by zoning. By doing so, it becomes a mansion-like architecture that extends from the relationship of the neighboring house to the whole and even to the surrounding towns. When you open the fittings in your room, you will be connected to the next house through room, and will be connected to the city while changing from moment to moment. Proposal of a city that is not found anywhere like that.

Garden and room tower

Thirty years later, the population will decline, the elderly will increase, land will begin to surplus in the suburbs, and many will have the opportunity to have a garden. It is an opportunity to revive the garden culture lost due to the narrowing of houses in the 20th century, and it is an era when you can play the garden luxuriously. In this design, each room has its own garden, which is arranged as if it were a room. There will be one dwelling unit on each floor, and they will be stacked 90 degrees around the vertical flow line. It goes around with 4 dwelling units, and the ceiling height is up to 14.5m, creating an open garden.

Asakusa / Bring-in temple

Taking advantage of the land of the Sumida River and the small highlands, Asakusa created a culture by having merchants set up various businesses, and developed into the center of commerce in Edo. However, modern Asakusa has gained stability in commerce due to the standardization of tourist destinations, but the former free commerce is fading. We propose architecture that allows the gimmicks of merchants, which is the driving force of Asakusa's newness, by combining commerce with the temple and shrine space rooted in the city of Asakusa.

PROPAGATE-Rising Asakusa-

Named "Asakusa Park" in 1873 (Meiji 6), the 1st to 7th wards were a place rich in nature with a mixture of green spaces and cutting-edge pleasures. However, with the development of Asakusa, the greenery has been lost and it has become a dense and fragmented place of activity. By proposing a three-dimensional park like a "mountain" in the land of Asakusa, we will regain the rich greenery and propose a base for rich activities where the former nature and the most advanced culture coexist.

Algorithmic Architecture

Algorithm architecture is a design method that uses information processing technology and involves fine discrete processes with fine resolution, and redefines the relationship between nature and humans, and the relationship between nature and act = artificial construction. Nature is an infinite continuum, but when human interpretation is added to it in the process of design, it is inevitably "discretized" into finite elements. An algorithm is also a method for discretizing and understanding nature, but unlike the conventional coarse resolution discretization process up to modern times, it discretizes nature with finer resolution and nature as a continuum. It is an attempt to get as close as possible to itself.
