On this page, reference works are categorized for each proposed element.

Target works are National Architecture Student Award, National Graduation Design Award, JIA Master Design Exhibition, Tokyo Architecture Collection, Sendai Design League, Ara Brick Graduation Design Exhibition, National Joint Design Exhibition, Chubu Graduation Design Exhibition, Diploma Kyoto, Design Review, Hase Ko Competition, Daiwa House Competition, ERI Student Competition, Daito Kensetsu Competition, Furic Competition, Public Space Competition. In addition, we will categorize related videos, books, magazines, and buildings, aiming to be one of the largest and most advanced architectural design platforms.

Fragment dream map

Outline of work

My proposal is a new way of looking at the city and the way it is imaged. The title, "Fragment Dream Map," is a copy of Aldo Rossi's "Analogous City" into Japan. Rossi's drawings collaged the most significant things in the city to create an image of the city. When adapting this to Japan, I created a drawing that inherited the Japanese character that forms the image of the city by accumulating objects with small meanings. So to speak, it is a bricolage called Levi Strauss. Think of this drawing as a site model that includes the city and eye level, how the pieces of the building to be designed are in the collection of the pieces, and how the pieces of the design are in the pieces of memory. I built a meaning and an image. The site was set at the intersection at the center of one community called Yanesen, which consists of Yanaka Nezu Sendagi. This Yanesen is a place where history is layered, and fragments of various times can be seen, and these fragments were put together to design the center of memory and the place that supports memory among all the experienced people. I hope that this architecture will make it a place where you can start playing the intro of the town when the historic town collapses.

About dreams, imagination and unconsciousness

This research explores thinking, which can be said to be the root of design and production, from the perspective of dreams, unconsciousness, and imagination. Questions such as Freud's psychoanalysis and dream judgment about how imagination and dreams are related, how each is related to the unconscious, and how each person is involved in the process of designing and producing. He led his theory based on his own experiments and the dream research of modern science. The master's production, Yume no Kiroku and three-dimensionalization, is an experimental process to deepen the logic and is a research material that persuades the treatise.
It is generally recognized that consciousness and unconsciousness have boundaries, dreams are unconsciousness, and imagination is consciousness, but in this study, what kind of difference is there? From the question of whether there is an imagination, is the imagination really more conscious than a dream? I explored the flow of consciousness. Many people are strongly aware that dreams are fantastic and have nothing to do with real life, but this research will provide evidence that dreams are the ones that expand imagination in production and thinking. I think that it is possible to re-recognize the origin of thinking that is the basis of production.

Algorithmic Architecture

Algorithm architecture is a design method that uses information processing technology and involves fine discrete processes with fine resolution, and redefines the relationship between nature and humans, and the relationship between nature and act = artificial construction. Nature is an infinite continuum, but when human interpretation is added to it in the process of design, it is inevitably "discretized" into finite elements. An algorithm is also a method for discretizing and understanding nature, but unlike the conventional coarse resolution discretization process up to modern times, it discretizes nature with finer resolution and nature as a continuum. It is an attempt to get as close as possible to itself.
